Terms and Conditions of Sale

    This price guide dated January 2011, supersedes all and any other previous guides.  Saber Impact has a policy of continuous improvement, and reserves the right to change specifications and prices without prior notice.

    Saber Impact Diamond (part of Saber Diamond Products Ltd) “Conditions of Sale” applies to all items in this price guide. All goods remain the property of Saber Impact until paid for in full. A copy is available on request.

    A minimum order value of £20.00 net applies.

    Saber Impact will only accept returned goods if previously agreed in writing, and subject to the following:

1.    Standard stock items will be subject to a 15% handling charge.                                  

     2. Non-standard items will not be accepted.

    VAT will be charged, where applicable, at the current rate on the net value of all invoices.

Proof of delivery can be provided up to 30 days after despatch.

All prices quoted are ex-works.

Carriage on goods up to 15kg in weight:

Overnight Next Day up to 5.30pm  - £7.50

Overnight A.M. delivery - £12.00

Saturday or Overseas - At cost
